$325,000 Settlement in Passaic County, NJ

Law Offices of Roosevelt Jean, LLC recently achieved a $325,000 settlement for an auto collision victim suffering cervical herniated discs - resulting in cervical fusion surgery. 

In this case, brought in the Passaic County New Jersey Superior Court (pictured in background), the defense acknowledged liability; however, they disputed the extent of damages.

After coming in as plaintiff's counsel, the firm developed a litigation and negotiation plan that successfully communicated the full extent of the client’s pain, suffering, and loss of enjoyment of life.  In the end, the client achieved justice.
