November 2019 - Student on left just arrived on Syracuse University College of Law campus in September 2001. Veteran trial attorney on right just achieved $159,851.23 jury verdict for victim of a violent hit & run at Passaic County New Jersey Superior Courthouse before Hon. Thomas J. Laconte in November 2019.

Despite suffering a torn shoulder labrum, herniated discs to the neck and back, and associated back pinched nerve, our client valiantly returned to work and attempted to pursue activities of daily living.

After hundreds of hours of preparation, we presented for trial against a prominent national law firm - which litigated a hard fought case.

In the end, a unanimous jury agreed with our position, and Roosevelt’s client presented him with the greatest gift - the words, “THANK YOU, MR. JEAN.”

Today was a good day!!!
